formerly of Carl Erickesen and now of Gabriel Grilli= thence West-
wardly along said lend formerly of- Eri Okesen, 165 feet to the east-
erly aide of Fifth Street; and thence northwardly along said easterly
side of Fifth Street, 50 feet to the point orplace of beginning,:be
the same more or less. Said lot is known as number 81 on Com-
missioner's Map of Wiggins Estate.
BEING and intended to be the same premiees conveyed to Walter I.
Barber and Agnes May Barber, his wife, as tenants by the entirety
(the said Agnea May Barber having died a resident of Suffolk County _ .
February 10th, 1960) by Oscar Goldin, by deed dated June 14, 1954 and
recorded in the office of the clerk of Suffolk County in liber 3715 o
