THIS INDENTURE,made the 29th day of July ,nineteen hundred and sixty-one

HERMAN He DINSMORE and MARY LOUISE DINSMORE, his wife,
both residing at 610 We 110th Street, New York, New York
party of the first part,and
JONAS HIGBEE, residing at 600 Main Street, Greenport,
New York
party of the second part,
WTTNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

by the party of the.second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
New York, bounded and described as follows:- Northerly by land of
He Seymour Case, easterly by Carpenter Street, southerly by Case
Street, and westerly by Main Street, said parcel being one hundred
sixty-five (165) feet in depth and thirty-four (34) feet in width,
be the same more or less.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Gordon S.
Cann and Priscilla S. Cann, his wife, by deed dated July 14, 1953,
to Herman Dinsmore and Mary Louise Dinsmore, his wife, and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerkta Office on August 10, 1953,
in Liber 3560 Page 327. -
There has been executed and delivered simultaneously herewith, and
intended to be recorded, a purchase money second mortgage in the
num of 41169.18, which mortgage is dated July 29, 1961, and was made
and executed by the party of the second part herein to the party of
the first part herein.
Subject to 9 mortgage made by Gordon S. Cann and Priscilla S. Cann
to The First National Bank of Greenport dated May 5, 1951, recorded
in Suffolk County Clerkta Office on May 8, 1951, in Liber 820 of
Mortgagee at Page 56 in the record Bum of 45,154.26) but now
reduced to about $2,250e00, which the party of the second part
hereby assumes and agrees to pay.
