East Marion, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the first part,and S.B. HORTON CO., INC., a domestic corporation having its
office and principal place of business at Greenport, Town of Southold, Suffolk County
New York,

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,crith the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of South
Street and the westerly side of Main Street;
RUNNING THENCE South 7 degrees 01 minute 40 seconds East, along the westerly
side of Main Street 33 feet,
RUNNING THENCE along other land now or formerly of Horton the following two
courses and distances:
(1) South 85 degrees 44 minutes 50 seconds West 165 feet,
(2) North 7 degrees 01 minute 40 seconds West 33 feet to the southerly side of
South Street,
RUNNING THENCE North 85 degrees 44 minutes 50 seconds East, along the southerly
side of South Street 165 feet to the corner aforesaid, at the point or place of Be-
ginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by Thomas L. Moore and Edith C. Moore by deed dated January 4th, 1939 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on January 9th, 1939 in Liber 2022
of deeds at page 598, and the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by Katherine W. Reeve, by deed dated September 1st, 1955 and recorded in
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on September 6th, 1955 in Liber 3966 of deeds
at page 142.
SUBJECT to encroachments of the buildings on said premises upon adjoining premises
and upon any streets or highways.
