formerly of Lillian H. Reeve; westerly by land of Leo Goldin, formerly of
T Elizabeth Claudio. Said plot being 93 feet front and rear and 180 feet in
depth, be the said dimensions more or less.

BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to William Lakowitz and
Stella Lakowitz (now known as Stella Sinuta)by deed dated August 1, 1950, re-
corded in the Suffolk county clerk's office January 10, 1951, liber 3178 of con-
veyances at page 129.
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey might show, and to covenants,
restrictions, easements, agreements, reservations and zoning regulations of
record, if any; SUBJECT to rights of present month-to-month tenant.
