does hereby frant and release unto the part y of the second part,
his heirs and asetfns forever, all that certain plot, piece or parcel of
land with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being
inthe Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York and bounded and described as follows:-
Northerly by lands formerly of Frederick C. Beebe; easterly by lands
formerly of Eva Brainard; southerly by Central Avenue and westerly by
lands now or formerly of Bessie Bush, said premises being 65 feet in
width and extending from Central Avenue in a northerly direction to the
fence separating the same from lands formerly of Frederick Beebe,
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first part by deed dated November 26, 1932 and recorded in
Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 1686 of deeds at page 18.
SUBJECT to a mortgage made by the party of the first part to the First
National Bank of Greenport, N.Y. on which there is now a balance due
and owing of$875.
