point of beginning being the northeasterly corner of land of Volinski;
from said point of beginning running along said land of Volinski,
S. 830 16� 40�� W. - 134.0 feet to land of John Macomber; thence along
said land of Macomber, 2 courses, as follows:
(1) N. 60 506 W. - 40.0 feet; thence
(2) S. 830 161 40" W. - 16.0 feet to land of Benjamin; thence along
saidlandof Benjamin, N. 60 501 W. - 104.0 feet; thence along land
conveyed, or about to be conveyed, by the parties of the first part
