paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the accord part,the heirs

Bailey and Clara E. Bailey, his wife, to Charles W. Foster and
Nellie Foster (his daughter), as joint tenant., by deed dated
April 20, 1920, recorded in the office of the clerk of the County
of Suffolk April 21, 1920, liber 999 of conveyances, page 35; the
said Charles G. Foster having died April 11, 1928, a resident of
Suffolk County.
