depth, more or less.
BEIN~ and intended to be the same,premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed from Mary L. Griffin, dated July 25,
1946, recorded in the ,Suffolk county clerk's office in liber 2601
of conveyanoes, page 299, on July 27, 1946.
