BEGINNING at a point on the northerly aide of Center Street, 75 feet east from
the interesection of Center and Second Streets; running thence west, along the
northerly side of Center Street, 75 feet, more or less, to Second Street;
running thence 105 feet, more or less, to land now or formerly of Hodges;
running thence along said land now or formerly of Hodges, 75 feet; more or less,
to the land now or formerly of Robert Parrish; running thence along the land of
Robert Parrish, 105 feet, more or less, to Center Street and the point of
beginning.
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey might show; to covenants,
restrictions, easements, agreements, reservations, and zoning regulations
of record, if any, and '
SUBJECT to the life estate given, devised and bequeathed to Irving M. Rogers
and Edna B. Rogers, his wife, by the terms of the last will and testament and
codicil thereto of Fred L. Wells, dated August 11, 1952, and admitted to
probate on the 22d day of October, 1956, by the Surrogate of Suffolk County,
New York.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed made by Henry Tasker, executor of the estate of Fred L. Wells,
dated June 19, 1959, recorded June 22, 1959, liber 4645 of conveyances, page
117, in the Suffolk county clerk's office.
