THIS INDENTURE made the 11th day of nineteen hundred and sixty-five,

Samuel J. Glickman, residing at Greenport, New York,

party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars paid by the party of the semnu
part,does hereby remise,release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part,the heirs or sucemoors and
togas of the patty of the second pan forever, all of his right, title and interest of, in and
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
_ State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Third Street, distant along slid
line 100 feet from a point formed by the intersection of said line and the
southerly line of Johnson Court, and running thence along the westerly line of
Third Street, south 6°50100'1 east, 50 feet to apoint; thence south 83°10100"
west, 100 feet to a point;thence north 6"5010011 west, 50 feet to a point; thence
north 83"1010011 east, 100 feet to the point or place of beginning.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Oscar Goldin to
Oscar Goldin and Samuel J. Glickman by deed dated March 15, 1964, recorded
- in the office of the clerkof the County of Suffolk in liber 5540 of conveyances,
page 61, on May 8, 1964,
