Q that certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being
in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Sixth Street distant
12514" southerly from land formerly of Manuel Claudio, being also the
intersection of the southerly line of land of Frank Rutkoski; running
thence westerly along land of Frank Rutkoski 165, to land formerly of
S. Buel Corwin; running thence southerly along land last mentioned
621811 to land formerly of William Thornhill and being the northerly
line of lot No. 163 as laid out on map hereinafter referred to; running
thence easterly along the northerly line of said lot No. 163, 1651 to
the westerly side of Sixth Street- and thence northerly along the
westerly side of Sixth Street 6216° to the southerly line of Frank
Rutkoski; together with all the right, title and interest of the party
of the first part of, in and to such portion of Sixth Street as adjoins
the said premises to the center line thereof.
BEIIII AND InTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by John A.
Ostroski and Rosa Rogers Ostroski, his wife, to Helen Bodetko by deed
dated January 24th, 1925 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerkts
office on April 27th, 1925 in Liber 1127 at page 535; and which were
devised by the Last Will and Testament of Helen Bodetko to the party
of the first part herein.
