Trickham Case, Commissioners in Partition, and bounded and described as follows; Beginning at a certain point on the west sideof Sixth Street distant 250 feet south of the southerly line or side of Lot No. 186, at the southeasterly corner of land of Curtis Booth, and running thence southerly by said Sixth Street 150 feet more or less to land of ^llsworth, thence westerly to the corporation line and land now or formerly of Charles Leverich, thence northerly by said land 150 feet - more or less to land of Curtis Booth, thence easterly along land of j said Booth to the point or place of beginning.
