Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the
Party of the first part by Suffolk County Trust Co. etc by deed dated
October 8, 1937, recorded Liber 1948 ep 497
Said premises are also described as being part of Lot No. 187
on a map entitled uyap of lWiggins Estates signed by ?iathaniel Corwin,
Sidney L. Griffin, and J. Trickham Case, Commissioners in Partition,
and bounded and described as follows;
Beginning at a certain point on the west sideof Sixth Street
distant 250 feet south of the southerly line or side of Lot No. 186,
at the southeasterly corner of land of Curtis Booth, and running
thence southerly by said Sixth Street 150 feet more or less to land
of ^llsworth, thence westerly to the corporation line and land now or
formerly of Charles Leverich, thence northerly by said land 150 feet -
more or less to land of Curtis Booth, thence easterly along land of j
said Booth to the point or place of beginning. Being the premises
conveyed by Francis Burdette Parks to Ferdinand F. Downs deceased by
dcod recorded March 11, 1893 in Liber 383 op 251, and a part of the
premises conveyed by James 1,1 ^'onsell and Sarah E S,ionsell to Ferdinand
