Brooks. Said premises being about fifty feet in width, front and rear and one hundred fifty feet in depth Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Mary A. Corwin to Robert D. hobinson by deed dated November 23, 1955 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on Dec. 59 1955. Subject to a mortgage held by Mary S. Corwin dated Nov. 30, 1955, and recorded in Suffolk County Clerkts office on Dec. 5, 1955, in Liber 2562 of Mortgages at page 57, on which there is now due the principal sum of $2858.75 with interest at 5% from Dec. 1, 1960.
