Sells and lands of Chapman and Walker, and on the west by Third Street. Said premises being 50 feet front and rear and 150 feet in depth. BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed made by the party of the second part dated June 18, 1963, recorded in liber 5368 of conveyances, page 56, on June 25, 1963, in the Suffolk county clerk's office. SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey might show and to covenants, restrictions, easements, agreements and zoning regulations of record, if any.
