State of Now York, more particularly bounded and described as follows;
ALi, that certain lot and parcel of land, situate on Centre Street
in the Village of Groonport, Suffolk County, New York, boundod North-
Orly by the land late of William U. Wetmore, deceased; Easterly by
land late or now of Ede S. Bushnell; Southerly by Centre Street; and
Westerly by land of William Wickham, deceased, said promises being
55 feet deep and 84 feet on Contra Street and in the roar, more or
less.
Said promises are also described as follows;
ALL that certain lot and parcel of land, situate on Contra Street
in the Village of Greenport, Suffolk County, Now York, boundod North-
erly by Harry A. Horton or Bessie Bongos; East by A. Bushnell 3state
or Gertrude Warner; South by Contra Street; and Wost by Narguorito
Chute.
