Griffing, Nathaniel Corwin and J. Wickham Case, Commissioners in Partition, and filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County as lot 179. Said premises being more particularly bounded and describe as follows: beginning at a point on the westerly line of Sixth Street distant 250 feet .along said westerly line from the southerly line of Linnet Street; from said point running thence along the westerly line of Sixth 'Street, south 7018'40" west, 50 feet to an iron pipe; running thence north 82°41120" west, 169.72 feet to an iron pipe set on the corporation line of the Village of Greenport; running thence along the corporation line of the Village of Greenport, north 6058135" east, 50 feet to a concrete monument; running thence south 82°41'20" east, 170.02 feet to a concrete monument at the point or place of beginning. PARCEL III - Beginning at a point on the northerly line of Johnson Court at the southeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Mines, and runnin thence north 6050' west, 79.84 feet to a point on the southerly side of Webb Street; thence north 8304130" east, 46 feet to a point; thence sout 6°50' east, 79.91 feet to a point on the northerly line of Johnson Court thence south 80°10' west, 46 feet to the point or place of beginning.
