W those certain plots, pieces or parcels of land, situate, ly-
ing and being in the Incorporated Village of Greenport, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described
as follows:-
PARCEL I - northerly by land now or formerly of Mrs. Thomas Mulhall;
easterly by Sixth Street; southerly by land now or formerly of James
Taylor and Olga K. Taylor and W,rsterly by land now or formerly of
Richard Goodwin, and being about 50 feet front and rear, 165 feet in
depth, known and designated on a certain map entitled, "ldap of Wiggins
Estate", signed by Sidney L. Griffing, Nathaniel Corwin and J. Wickham
Case, Commissioners in Partition, and filed in the office of the Clerk
of Suffolk County as lot 179.
Said premises being more particularly bounded and describe
as follows: beginning at a point on the westerly line of Sixth Street
distant 250 feet .along said westerly line from the southerly line of
Linnet Street; from said point running thence along the westerly line
of Sixth 'Street, south 7018'40" west, 50 feet to an iron pipe; running
thence north 82°41120" west, 169.72 feet to an iron pipe set on the
corporation line of the Village of Greenport; running thence along the
corporation line of the Village of Greenport, north 6058135" east, 50
feet to a concrete monument; running thence south 82°41'20" east,
170.02 feet to a concrete monument at the point or place of beginning.
PARCEL II - Beginning at a point on the westerly line of Third Street,
distant 250 feet along said westerly line from the southerly line of
Johnson Court; from said point of beginning running along the westerly
line of Third Street, south 6050' west, 75 feet to a point; running
thence south 33°10' west, about 180 feet to the edge of the swamp;
running thence in a general northerly direction, along the edge of the
swamp, about 250 feet to the southwesterly corner of land now or form-
erly of Bundy; running thence north 83°10' east, about 130 feet to a
point distant on a. continuation of said course, 100 feet from the

fee', to a point marking the southwesterly corner of land now or form-
erly of cdwards; running thence north 83°10' east, along the southerly
line of said last mentioned land, 100 feet to the point or place of

Being and intended to be nart of the premises conveyed by the
party of the second part to the party of the first part by deed dated
July 20, 1956, and racorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office July
31, 1956, liber 4153 of deeds, page 502.
PARCEL III - Beginning at a point on the northerly line of Johnson Court
at the southeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Mines, and runnin
thence north 6050' west, 79.84 feet to a point on the southerly side of
Webb Street; thence north 8304130" east, 46 feet to a point; thence sout
6°50' east, 79.91 feet to a point on the northerly line of Johnson Court
thence south 80°10' west, 46 feet to the point or place of beginning.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed made by David E. walker dated December 11, 195 ,
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office Yebruary 25, 1957,
liber 4263 of deeds, page 128.
