municipal corporation of Suffolk County having its principal

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in considerationTen Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements ther con erected,
situate,lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
north and northwesterly by land of J. and J. `:P. Elsworth Company;
easterly by Sixth Street, 104 feet; and southerly by Feconic Bay,
40 feet.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the party of the
first part in and to the land under water and in front of and ad—
jacent to the above described premises.

of the first part by deed made by Raymond A. Sanford dated October
