Said premises being more particularly bounded and described, ac-
cording to a guaranteed survey made by Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son
January 30, 1963, as follows:- beginning at a point on the
northerly side of Adams Street distant 56.67 feet along said line
from a concrete monument set at the intersection of the westerly
-line of First Street with the northerly line of Adams Street,
and running thence along land of Mit:Eell and Goldin, and land
of Goubeaud, north 6055130" west, 132.76 feet to a point; running
thence along lands now or formerly of Goodale and now or formerly
of Young, south 85044150" west, 92.61 feet to a point; thence in
a general southerly direction, 132.56 feet to a point on the
northerly line of Adams Street; thence north 85047130" east,
78.0 feet to the point or place of beginning.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed from Fred Monroe Rowland dated June 5,
1954, recorded June 7, 19549 liber 3704 of conveyances, page 495,
in the Suffolk county clerk's office.
