BEGINNING at the center of a concrete monument set at the intersec-

(4th) North 70 - 10' - 40" East, by and with and along the easterly line
Of said Sixth Street and passing through a concrete monument near the
shore, about two hundred and fifty (250) feet to the

beginning. Said premises being known and designated as Parcel A, on a
certain map entitled "Map of proposed Division of Property of Greenport
�I Oyster Co. situate in the Village of Greenport, New York" surveyed June
18th, 1925 by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Licensed Surveyor, Greenport, New York.

Together with all the right, title and interest of the party o_ the
first part of, in and to the lands under the water of Peconic Bay in
front of and adjacent to the premises above described.
BEING the same premises which were conveyed by a deed of conveyance
dated the 25th day of February, 1926, by SOUTH .^•FRAY OYSTER CO., INC. to
ANTONIO MA9MIELLO, JOSEPH SCHTAVONI and JAMES U. LESTER, and recorded i
