State of New York, known and designated as and by lot number 29 on a certain
map entitled, "Map of Nathan Kaplan", filed in the office of the Suffolk county
clerk June 15, 1875, as map number 338, bounded and described a 1 s follows:
northerly by land now or formerly of Bartlett; easterly by Fifth Avenue;
southerly by land now or formerly of Cotton, and westerly by land now or
formerly of Price, being 50 feet front and rear and 106 feet in depth, be the
said dimensions more or less.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the
first part by deed made by John L. Barry, as Commissioner of Public
Welfare of Suffolk County, said deed being recorded in the Suffolk county
clerk's office.

covenants, restrictions, easements, agreements, reservations, and zoning
regulations of record, if any.
