Abbey, Greenport, Suffolk County, New York"- said piece or parcel of land being bounded and described as follows to-wit:- Beginning at a point i in the High Water Line of Greenport Harbor where the same is inter- _ sected by the bulkhead line as established by the War Department as a shown on the above mentioned map, and running thence North and de- flecting 51 degrees 4 minutes 30 seconds to the West from the true t meridian and along said bulkhead line 82 and ninety five hundredths feet, to the High Water line of the Inner Harbor on the Northerly side of the said Sandy Beach as shown on the above mentioned map. Thence North and deflecting 52 degrees 50 minutes 20 seconds to the East from said true meridian along said High Water line, 31 and 74 hundredths feet, thence North and deflecting 53 degrees 54 minutes 20 seconds to F ;t the East from said true meridian, still along said High Water line 19 and 87 hundredths feet, thence South and deflecting 51 degrees 4 E minutes 32 seconds to the East from sgid true meridian 144 feet to the High Water line of Greenport Harbor as shown on the above mentioned map, thence South and deflecting 69 degrees 10 minutes 50 seconds to the West from said true meridian along said High Water line 26 and 89 -3 hundredths feet, thence North and deflecting 82 degrees 30 minutes 40 seconds to the West from said true meridian still along said High F Water line 60 and 46 hundredths feet to the point or place of _- i beginning. Cassidy, dated April 12, 1905 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk Cb County in Liber 565 Page 391. _ ` PARCEL No. TWO- All those certain lots or parcels of land, situate lying and being on a certain Beach known as Sterling Beach heretofore sometimes known as "Sandy Beach" in the Village of Green- port, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York known and designated as lata Numbers one and ten on a certain map filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County entitled " Map of property situate on Sterling Beach, Greenport,Suffolk County, New York belonging to Stephen H. Abbey, surveyed February, 1905 C.P. Darling, C.E., Huntington, New York." And also all the right title and interest of the party of the first part in and to all that part of said Beach which lies Westerly of the bulkhead or Harbor line as shown on said map subject to the rights of the U.S. government therein.
