ing in the Incorporated Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows.
III BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Third Street, distant 225
feet along said westerly line from the southerly line of Johnson Court;
III from said point of beginning running along the westerly line of Third
Street, south 6050' west, 75 feet to a point; running thence south

BEING and intended to be the same premises as are described as PARCEL II
in a deed from the party of the first part to the party of the second
part dated November 20, 1960, recorded in the Suffolk county clerk's of-
fice in liber 4915 of conveyances, page 476, on December 7, 1960. This
deed is given to correct an error in the metes and bounds description of
the said Parcel II wherein the beginning point was stated to be 250 feet
from the southwest corner of Third Street and Johnson Court and the second
course was described as being 0* * * south 33010' west * * *" instead
of as are correctly set forth in this correction deed.
