Clerk of the said County of Suffolk; the premises hereby conveyed are
bounded and described as follows North by Clark Street; East by Fourth
Street and South and West by lend late of Elias.P. Jennings and Nathan
Kaplan said lot being fifty (50) feet in width front and rear and one
hundra� sixtpy�-five (165) feet is depth on each side.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE thesame premises conveyed to party of the
first part by Georgge K. Leyden and Walter T. Leyden by deed dated June 6,
1945 and recorded2une 27, 1945 in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in
