FLURNY of New Suffolk, in the Tam of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, party of the second Part, WITNESSETH, That the party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of j Ono Hundred ($100.00) Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, law- ) ful money of the United States, by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns for- ever, all that certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the Village of Greenport, In the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows; BEGINNING in the center of a concrete monument in the southerly line of Johnson Court and distant eighty-three and 12/100 (83.12) feet easterly from the easterly line of Sixth Street, measured along the southerly line of said Johnson Court, and running thence (1st) in an easterly or southeasterly direction, along the southerly or southwesterly line of said Johnson Court as the same curves, about one hundred and thirty (130) feet, to the center of a concrete monument at the northwesterly corner of lend now or formerly of one Darby; thence (2nd) South 70 181 201F West by and with the westerly boundary ] line of land now or formerly of said Darby, about three hundred and seven (307) feet (passing through a concrete mons ept near the shore) to ordinary high water mark of Peconic Bay, or Pipe's Cove; thence (3rd) in a northwesterly direction along said ordinary high water mark of Peconic Bay, or Pipe's Cove, about one hundred and twelve (112) feet to the easterly line of land now or formerly of James Lester and others, and thence (4th) North 7° 181 30e East, by and with the easterly line of land now or formerly of James Lester and others, and passing through a concrete monument near the shore, about three i LIBER 4585 PA 438 hundred and twenty-seven (927) feet to the southerly side of said Johnson and the point or place of beginning. Together with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part of, in and to the lands under the water of Peconic Bay in front of and adjacent to the premises above described. Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to THE ANDREW Rm%L OYSTER COMPANY by Ansel V. Young and Blanche P. Young, his wife, by dead dated the twenty-third day of May, nineteen hundred and twenty-eight, and re. corded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 1307 of Deeds, Page 188, m the 7th day of June, nineteen hundred and twenty-eight.
