locust post set in the westerly line of land formerly of Inez Fordham"
running thence westerly along the northerly line of said right of way 88.6$
feet' to land of Donald Allenj thence northerly at right angles to the north-
erly line of said right of way and along land of Allen 100 feetithence east-
erly parallel with the northerly line of said right of way 88.6~ feet to
land of Albert Pope and wife; thence southerly along land of Pope 100 feet
to the northerly line of said right of way at the point or place of beginning.
A PORTION of said land being under the waters of Sterling Basin.
SUBJECT to the right of the Village of Greenport to use a portion of
said premises as a roadway, and to restrictive covenants of record.
BEINa the same premises conveyed (as to a portion thereof) by Henry
Tasker to Lester L. Clerke by deed recorded in Liber 3189 of conveyances page
432 and corrected in Liber 314$ of conveyances page 217, which portion of
said premises was devised to Lester Y. Clerke under the Will of Lester L.
Clerke probated in the Nassau County Surrogate's Court; the balance of said
premises having been conveyed to said Lester Y. Clerke, the grantor herein,
by Henry Tasker by deed recorded in Liber 314$ of conveyances page 221 and
corrected by deed"recorded in Liber 3189 of conveyances page 434, in the
Suffolk County Clerk's office
