B20 48' 40" W. 65 feet, more or less;. thence (2) S. 7° 11' 20" W, 35.74 feet to the northerly line of a 15 foot right of way; thence along said northerly line N. 82° 48' 40" W. 15.0 feet to said land conveyed or about to be conveyed to Witte and Wilson; thence along said land, two courses: (1) N. 70 11' 20" E. 50 feet; thence (2) N. 5" 43' 20" W. 63.27 feet to the point of BEGINNING. TOGETHER with a right of way over said 15 foot right of way from a point 15 feet easterly of the southwesterly corner of the Premises westerly about 375 feet to Fourth Street, which said right of way shall be subject to the following: (1) The installation and maintenance of all utility services.
