domestic corporation having its principal office at Manor Place, Greenport,
Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

lawful money of the United States,and other good and Valuable consideration paid
by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
uccesaors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Atlantic Avenue where the
same is intersected by the southerly side of land now or formerly of Ozarowski
(Ozaro)which point is distant 59.96 feet southerly From the corner formed by
the intersection of the westerly side of Atlantic Avenue with the southerly aide
of Monsell Place; and from said point of beginning running thence along the
westeri y side of Atlantic Avenue South 17 degrees 33 minutes 00 seconds East '
59.95 feet to land now or formerly of Reeves; running thence along said land
and along land now or formerly of Hospital Association(Anderson)South 72
degrees 26 minutes 30 seconds West 86.84 feet to land now oi.formerly of
Harroun; running thence along said land North 17 degrees 33 minutes 10 seconds
West 59.95 feet to land now or formerly of Ozarowski; running thence along said
land North 72 degrees 26 minutes 20 seconds East 86.84 feet to the westerly side
of Atlantic Avenue at the point or place of BEGINNING. .
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
grantors herein by Mary Harrison by deed dated March 28th, 1963 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on March 29th, 1963 in Liber 5326 of deeds
at page 299.
