Brandi, formerly of Fiske; on the east by lands of Hor- ton; on the south by lands formerly of Horton and on the west by Second Street; and more particularly bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point on the easterly side of Second Street, distant fifty feet southerly from Webb Street as measured along the easterly side of Second Street, which point is also at the southwesterly corner of land now or formerly of Brandi, running thence north 83° 07' 30" east, along the southerly side of land of Brandi, 149.55 feet to a monument and land now or formerly of Horton; thence south 7'18' 20" east along the westerly side of land of Horton, 49.94 feet to land of Perham or Fordham; thence south 83"06' 00"west, along the northerly side of said land, 150.01 feet to the easterly side of Second Street; thence north 6° 47' 00"west, along the easterly side of Second Street, fifty feet to the point or place of beginning. Being and intended to be part of the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by Stanley S. Corwin and others, by deed dated February 3, 1964, and recorded in the Suffolk county clerk's office on February 5, 1964, in liber 5494 of conveyances at page 315, the above premises being described as parcel 5 therein.
