BETWEEN Carol Leden, individually and as executrix under the last will and
testament of Earle W. Baker, and Kathleen Dean, individually and as one
of the heirs at law of Earle W. Baker, deceased, both residing at Green-
port, New York,
party of the first pan,and Kathleen Dean, residing at Greenport, New York,
party of the second part,
