BETWEEN EMImIO GIORGI, resid' at 9 Second Street, Greenport, in the
Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the first part,and ALFRED DAWSON and ANNA M. DAWSON, his wife, both
residing at 279 Second Street, Greenport, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,p¢ce or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:-
Northerly party by Second Street and partly by land formerly of Teresa
Schiavohi, 70 feet more or less; Easterly by land formerly of Teresa Schiavone
120 feet; Southerly by other lands now or formerly of H. Everett Young 70 feet
more or less; Westerly by lands now or formerly of Ansel V. Young and Joseph
Schiavoni, 120 feet.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Maria Schiavoni
Giorgi by deed dated June 3, 1939 and recorded on June 7, 1939 in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office in Liber 2043 of Deeds at page 582, and the premises of
which the said Maria Schiavoni Giorgi died seized and possessed.
