Easterly by Second Street; Southerly by land now or formerly of Leslie Rachett;
Westerly by land now or formerly of Carrie Rogers and North by Center. Said lot
being 50 feet in width on Second Street; 80 feet on the South; 50 feet on the West and
80 feet on Center Street.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed by ANNIE M.
ANDERSON To J. MILFORD KIRKUP, JR., or his successors, as Commissioner of
Public Welfare, in a deed dated November 15, 1950 and recorded in the office of the
Clerk of Suffolk County on November 16, 1950 in Liber 3153, page 10.

The deed herein is executed by the Commissioner of Public Welfare after
..notice of sale having been duly published and a public sale of the premises having
been duly conducted, all in accordance with the provisions of the Social Welfare
Law of the State of New York, proof of compliance being on file in the office of the
Suffolk County Department of Public Welfare.
