the westerly line of Main Street; running thence south 28"25' east, 90.3 feet to
a pipe and land of Una Webb; running thence along land of Una Webb and land
formerly of Heckman, south 59"32130°west, 252.58 feet to land of Greenhill
Cemetery; running thence along land last mentioned, south 7599' west, 98.53
feet to land of the Village of Greenport; running thence along land last men-
tioned, north 28°25'west, 111.74 feet to land of Tuthill; running thence along
land last mentioned, north 67"24150" east, 350 feet to the point or place of
beginning.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed made by Herman H.Dinsmore and Mary Louise Dinsmore dated
November 3, 1962, recorded in the Suffolk county clerk's office in liber 5259
of conveyances, page 256, November 5, 1962.
SUBJECT: 1)to any state of facts an accurate survey might show; (2)to
covenants, restrictions, agreements, reservations, and zoning regulations
of record, if any; (3)to an easement running to the Village of Greenport, as
successor to the Sterling Sswerage Compaq of Greenport, as set foeth in a
deed from Sarah E. Tuthill and others to Sterling Sewerage Company, dated
March 9, 1903, recorded in said county clerk's office March 31, 1903, liber
