RUNNING THENCE South 6 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds East along the Westerly
side of First Street 50.24 feet to the point or place of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantor herein
by Whitney M. Hubbard and Ruth L. Hubbard, his wife, by deed dated 8/8/63 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 8/28/63 in Liber 5405 at page 63.
