of Samuel P. Hedges and others; south by land of
Burnham, formerly of Oliver K. Buckley; west by
First Street; said premises being 54 feet in width
front and rear and 135 feet in depth.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by Everett J. Warner by deed dated October 1st, 1960
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on October 4th, 1960
in Liber 4883 at page 379.
