of Michael Checklick; running thence in a general easterly direction along land
last mentioned, 88 feet to said land of Stulski; running thence southerly along
land Last mentioned, 90 feet to the point or place of beginning.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the
first part by deed dated April 1, 1956, and.recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on July,16, 1956, in Liber 4144 of Deeds at page 268.
This conveyance,is,of premises which do not constitute all or substantially
all of the assets df the party of the first part.
