the southeasterly corner of lands of Alex Ralinauskas; running thence
along the easterly line of lands of Malinauskas, north 15019'20" east,
110.02 feet to a point and the southerly line of lands DOW or formerly
of William Heaney; running thence 80uth 760291 east, 62.05 feet to a
point; thence along other lands now or formerly of Capuano, south 1505'
west, 110.01 feet to the northerly line of south Street; thence along
the northerly line of South street, north 760291 west, 62.50 feet to the
point or place of beginning.
~OGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the parties
of the first part of, in and to the land lying in the bed of the street
in front of and adjoining said premises, to the centre lines thereof.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by the party of the
second part to the parties of the first part by deed dated November 28,
1952, recorded in 11ber 3443 of conveyances, page 163, in the Suffolk
County Clerk's office on December 1, 1962.
