of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of 5th Street 100
feet southerly from the southeasterly corner of Brown and 5th Streets;
running thence easterly 16$ feet; thence southerly 50 feet to land of
Barber; thence westerly along land last mentioned 16$ feet to the
easterly side of 5th Street, thence northerly along the said easterly
side.of 5th Street $0 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
SAID lot being known as number 80 on Commissioners Map of
Wiggins Estate.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the part
of the first part by Charles Ambrose Xing and another by deed dated
November 8, 1948 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk in liber 2893 of deeds at page 216 on the 9th day of
November, 1948.
