Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Anna M. Putnam by deed
dated March 1, 1938, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on the 8th
day of May, 1938, in Liber 1971, Page 117, and of whbch the said Anna M. Putnam
died seiged and possessed.
