That the part y of the first part, by virtue of the
power and authority to him given in and by the said last Will and

front and rear and one hundred sixty-five (165) feet in depth. Being
also known and described as Lot No. 102 on Map of "Wiggins Estate,
signed by Nathaniel Corwin, Sydney L. Griffen and J. Wickham Case,
Commissioners1t, and filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk.
