running thence along said land South 860 57' West, 75.0 feet to land now or
formerly of Matthews; running thence along said land North 3° 03' West, 233.0
feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the
first part herein, by deed recorded May 19, 1987, in Liber 10322, page 344
and amended by correction deed recorded herewith.
