said land North 3° 03' West, 233.0 feet to the point or place of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises of which Frances Curran died,
ceased and possessed, on August 19, 1982.
This is a correction deed to the deed recorded on May 19, 1987, in Liber 10322,
page 344, which was undated and without a date on the acknowledgement.
