Claudio, south 7°01140" east, 162.50 feet; running thence south 82°58120"west, 76.49 feet to land now or formerly of Socony-Mobil Oil Co., Inc.; running thence along said land, north 7"01'40"west, 155.74 feet to land of the Village of Greenport; running thence along said land the following courses and distances: 1) north 82058120" east, 36.49 feet; (2) north 7001140"west, 8.07 feet; (3) north 84050140" east, 40 feet to the westerly side of Main Street at the point or place of beginning. Being and intended to be inpart, the premises which Frank M.
