ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town
of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, bounded and described as fol-
lows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Main Street, where the same is
intersected by the southerly side of land of the Village of Greenport, which point
is also distant 187.70 feet southerly from the corner formed by the intersection
of the westerly side of Main Street with the southerly side of Front Street; and
from said point of beginning running thence along the westerly side of Main
Street and along the westerly side of land now or formerly of William F. Claudio,
south 7°01140" east, 162.50 feet; running thence south 82°58120"west, 76.49
feet to land now or formerly of Socony-Mobil Oil Co., Inc.; running thence along
said land, north 7"01'40"west, 155.74 feet to land of the Village of Greenport;
running thence along said land the following courses and distances: 1) north
82058120" east, 36.49 feet; (2) north 7001140"west, 8.07 feet; (3) north 84050140"
east, 40 feet to the westerly side of Main Street at the point or place of beginning.
Being and intended to be inpart, the premises which Frank M. Claudio
died seized and possessea', and, in part, the premises conveyed to the
party of the first part by Socony-Vacuum Oil Company, Tnc. by deed
dated May 27, 1941 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
June 23, 1941 in Liber 2170 of deeds at-page 69 Old the lands ynder
water conveyed to the party of the first part by deed from the Board
Of Commissioners of the Land Office dated December 24, 1952 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on Feb, 6, 1953 in Liber
3472 of deeds at page 200,
