do hereby grant and release unto the parties of the second part,
their heirs and assigns forever,
SU that certain piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and im-
provements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of
Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
and bounded and described as follows; Northerly partly by land of Wood,
formerly of Appelt Estate, and partly by land of Golisz, formerly of
Valentine Haas; Easterly partly by land of Robert Brown, formerly of
Monroe Biggs, and partly by land of Walter Sledjeski, formerly of Arthur
M. Tasker; Southerly by Front Street about seventy-two (72) feet, more
or less; and Westerly partly by land of Levin, formerly of Lillian
Hassett and partly by land of Wood, formerly of Appelt estate.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties
of the first part by The Suffolk County Trust Co, and Walter F. Barnes
as trustees under the Last Will and Testament of Cora B. Reeves, deceased,
by deed dated November 17th 1945 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clarkes office on November 331st, 1945 in Liber 2507 of deeds at page 189.
