Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and describe
it as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of land now or formerly of
Roman Wallace where the same is intersected by the westerly line of
ill land of Mary S. Corwin, and running thence along the land of Mary S.
Corwin and other land of the party of the second part to a-poi#t on the
northerly line of land of Michale Checklick; thence in a general wester y
direction along the northerly line of land of Checklick to land now or
