as and by the Lot Number Thirty-seven (37), said Lot Number Thirty-seven
(37) being bounded with reference to said Map as follows, viz: - -
Northerly by Lot Number Thirty-six (36) now or formerly owned by -
Charles Capon; Easterly by Fourth Street; Southerly by Lot Number Thirty-
eight (38), now owned by Edward S. Conklin, and Westerly by Lot Number
Seventy-five (75) now or formerly owned by John and Eliza Bahr, said Lot
Number thirty-seven (37) being fifty (50) feet in width front and rear an

adjacent to the above described premises,
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Joseph A Trijka-
and Esther 0, Triska, his wife, to Elwood D. Hulse and Isabelle A. Hulse
hs wife, as tenants by the entirety, by deed dated January 24, 1950 and
recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office on January 30, 1950 in Liber
-i 3041 at Page 43. The said Elwood D. Hulse is deceased.
