the easterly side of Second Street, 50.00 feet to land now or formerly of Horton;
THENCE along said last mentioned land the following two (2)courses and

1. North 83 degrees 06 minutes 00 seconds East 150.05 feet;
2. South 6 degrees 48 minutes 00 seconds East 50.00 feet to land now
or formerly of Smith aforementioned;
d THENCE South 83 degrees 06 minutes 00 seconds West along said last
mentioned land, 150.07 feet to the easterly side of Second Street, to the point
or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by Margaret M. Lehman by deed dated June 26th, 1962 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on June 28th, 1962 in Liber 5188 of deeds at
page 516.
This conveyance is subject to a certain mortgage executed by Henry Carlozzi
as mortgagor to Pauline Case as mortgagee, which mortgage is dated June 26th,
1962 and was recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on June 28th, 1962 in
Liber 3882 of mortgages at page 585, and on which there is now due the sum of
$6,000.00 with interest thereon at the rate of six percent (6%) per annum, and that
the grantee hereby assumes and covenants to pay such mortgage debt and interest
as part of the consideration for this conveyance.
