17 degrees 06 minutes West 85.0 feet to a stake; THENCE along other
land of said Harriet C. Raynor, North 74 degrees 24 minutes East
(parallel to said Sterling Avenue) 123.80 feet to a concrete monument;
THENCE along other land of said Harriet C. Raynor, North 61 degrees
55 minutes 20 seconds East 164.85 feet to a point onthe line of
ordinary high water in Sterling Creek as shown by survey made June,
1903 by Albertson Case; THENCE along said former line of ordinary
high water, South 38 degrees 51 minutes East 131.35 feet to the
northerly line of said Sterling Avenue; THENCE along said northerly
line of Sterling Avenue, South 74 degrees 24 minutes West 334.4
feet to the point of BEGINNING; said courses and distances being a
little-more or less, by survey of Otto W. Van Tuyl made May 17, 1923.
