Beling, residing at 123 Central Avenue, Greenport, New York; Florence Hasbrouck, residing at 139 Academy Avenue, Middletown, New York; Nellie Downs and Alice Smiley, both residing at 52 Woodlawn Avenue, Middletown, New York; Frank B. Reeves, residing at 15 Parker Avenue, Lynn Massachusetts; Kenneth y R. Williams and Horace S. Williams, both residing at Old Mystic, Connecticut, '6 and Howell H. Reeves, residing at 54 East 11th Street, Huntington Station, New York, parties of the first part, and Harry L. Beling, residing at 123 Central Avenue, Greenport, New York, party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the parties of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars paid by the party of the second part, do hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land with the building(s) and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Incorporated Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: northerly by Central Avenue; easterly by land now or formerly of Charles H. Tuthill; southerly by land now or formerly of Henry Fordham, and westerly by land now or formerly of Oliver H. Bishop. Said lot being about 61 feet front and rear. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the parties of the first part of, in and to the land lying in the bed of the street in front of and adjoining said premises to the center line thereof. The premises herein conveyed being the premises heretofore conveyed by the Long Island State Bank & Trust Company to Gertrude O. Beling by deed dated May 5, 1949, recorded May 10, 1949, in the Suffolk county clerk's office, liber 2947 of conveyances at page 414, and the same premises of which the said Gertrude O. Beling died seized and possessed. TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the parties of the first part in and to said premises. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises granted unto the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, forever. AND the parties of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, hereby covenant they will receive the cona*eration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
