BEGINNING at the intersection of the southerly line of land of
Mildred Arnold with the westerly line of Railroad Avenue (sometimes known
as Third Street), running thence westerly along the southerly line of lard
of Mildred Arnold 155 feet more or less to land heretofore conveyed to
Joseph Schiavoni; thence southerly 50 feet more or less to the northeast-
erly corner of land heretofore conveyed to Joseph Schiavoni by Arthur M.
Tasker, thence easterly along land formerly of Patrick Cahill, 68 feet
6 inches more or less to the northeast corner of land formerly of Cahill;
thence southerly along the easterly line of land last mentioned 10 feet to
land of Standard oil Company of New York; thence easterly by land last
mentioned 86 fe9t 6 inches more or less to the westerly line of Railroad
Avenue; thence northerly along the westerly line of Railroad Avenue 60
feet to point or place of beginning.
