LIBER5729 P,.vE333 THIS INDENTURE,made the 139 day of April ,nineteen hundred and sixty-five BETWEEN MYRA BALDWIN and ELSIE SCHAEFER, residing at \~ Wiggins Street, Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, party of the first pan,and FREDERICK BALDWIN and MARJORIE V. BALDWIN, his wife, both residing at 55 Washington Avenue, Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the patty of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: North by Wiggins Street; East by land now or formerly of Mitchell; West by Fourth Street ; South by land of the Long Island Railroad Company.
